What is vibe working?
Vibe working, defined
Vibe coding means building digital tools by describing what you want to an AI. Vibe working applies the same idea to your everyday work: you ask an AI agent to carry out tasks for you, directly in the tools you already use.
An AI agent is an AI that acts: depending on the access you give it, it reads your emails, checks your calendar, updates a spreadsheet, prepares a document, then reports back. Anthropic’s Claude is one of these agents.
The three building blocks of vibe working
- Connect
Connect the agent to your tools
Email, calendar, shared documents, CRM, spreadsheet: through connectors, Claude reaches the tools you already use, with the rights you grant it.
- Skills
Create your skills
A skill is a procedure you write once, in plain words: how to prepare a quote, write meeting notes, sort your requests. Claude then follows it the same way every time.
- Routines
Schedule routines
A routine is a mission Claude carries out on its own, at regular intervals: the morning brief, a watch on your industry, the weekly review of your projects.
What it can change in a working week
- Every morning, a summary of your important emails and your day
- A watch on your industry, ready every Monday
- Your meeting notes written and filed in the right place
- Your client follow-ups prepared, ready to go after your review
- A tracking dashboard kept up to date without copy-pasting
Staying in control
An agent acting in your tools must be framed. You choose what it can read and what it can do, you store your access keys in a vault, and you review what goes out in your name.

It is a full part of the training: which access to grant, how to protect your keys, and where to keep human approval.
Learning vibe working
The Hypervibe training devotes part of the second day to vibe working: connecting your AI agents to your tools, creating your skills and scheduling your routines.
It also teaches you vibe coding: both rest on the same power, describing what you want to an AI that can act.
It is run by IRIIG, a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, and can be funded by your OPCO, the FIF-PL or AGEFICE.
