Building to understand
- Getting started with Claude and seeing what an AI agent can do, and how fast
- Giving it the memory of your context, as you would a colleague
- Launching your project with the Hypervibe plugin
- Developing a real tool for your business and putting it online, to judge what is better built than rented
- Setting the first guardrails, by storing your access keys in a vault
- Day 2
Automating and deciding
- Polishing your tool and improving its users’ experience with AI
- Understanding how to become visible on Google and in AI answers (SEO and GEO)
- Automating your daily work as an executive with AI agents and vibe working
- Connecting your AI agents to your tools safely, and deciding what they are allowed to do
- Creating your skills and routines, and drawing from them what AI changes for your organisation
